PROCESS TECHNOLOGY is Hiring a Warehouse Supervisor Near Mentor, OH
The Warehouse Supervisor is part of the Supply Chain Team. This is a full-time, exempt position. This position will require a broad range of responsibilities to ensure success. Some examples of these responsibilities are listed below (but are not limited to the following):
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
- Oversee materials in all locations.
- Lead a team and oversee the kitting process.
- Help Maintain metrics for cycle count process.
- Investigate, audit and resolve negative inventory balances, warehouse forms and maintain metrics on negative inventory.
- Perform root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies.
- Improve inventory accuracy by identifying areas of concern and/or identifying patterns in errors.
- Attending and participating in company required meetings and training, seminars or educational activities to stay up to date on the latest developments, trends, regulations in the marketplace.
- Issue Stock Transfer Orders between plants.
- Deliver parts between locations on a weekly basis and on an as needed basis.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
- Adhere to ISO processes.
- Maintain neat, clean and safe work area.
- Other essential duties as assigned.
- Help analyze and update ABC classification of inventory items.
- Participate in the managing of Slow Moving, Obsolete, Field Service and Non-standard inventory including the identification and reclassification of said inventories.

- Associate or bachelor's degree in related field.
- Must have experience planning and designing a warehouse from start to finish.
- Ability to build and lead cross-functional teams.
- Inventory and cycle counting experience.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Business suite.
- Strong analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to manage time to meet required deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
