Description Responsibilities The Manufacturing Assembler Supervisor position is part of the Manufacturing Team. This is a full-time, exempt position. This position will require a broad range of responsibilities to ensure success. Some examples of these responsibilities are listed below (but are not limited to the following):
Coordinate mechanical assembly, wire harness assembly and circuit board assembly activities to meet delivery deadlines
Conduct performance reviews for direct reports
Reward or discipline team members as needed
Document and communicate quality issues found during manufacturing processes
Work with Team members from various departments to resolve quality issues.
Work closely with Materials, Test and Management to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.

The Manufacturing Supervisor serves as a facilitator for all of their direct reports and helps minimize disruptions to the workflow from various sources. These can include poor quality materials, late materials, defective equipment, poor or missing assembly documentation and similar obstacles. Systems Used

Requirements
HS diploma/GED
Working knowledge of MS office suite of tools and other computer programs that may be required in the role.
IPC-A-610 Training with certification preferred
Working knowledge of standard Electronic assembly practices
ESD awareness training.
Supervisory/Leadership experience
Knowledgeable in the use of basic measurement tools: rulers, calipers, micrometers etc.
