PROCEPT BioRobotics is a surgical robotics company enabling better patient care by developing transformative solutions in urology. With an initial focus on BPH, the company’s AQUABEAM® Robotic System delivering Aquablation therapy, is the first FDA-cleared, automated surgical robot for the treatment of lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) due to benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Aquablation therapy combines real-time, multi-dimensional imaging, automated robotics and heat-free waterjet ablation for targeted, controlled, and immediate removal of prostate tissue. Aquablation therapy offers predictable and reproducible outcomes, independent of prostate anatomy, prostate size or surgeon experience.

SUMMARY
This position is responsible for building, developing, and maintaining data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support all operations data analytics. Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, cleaning, mining as well as modeling, visualization, and communication deliverables. 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be required as assigned)

• Work with Supply Chain data and provide analytics visibility to the Supply Chain team by:
• Establishing KPI measurements
• Developing custom reporting & dashboards using Tableau, Excel & other platforms
• Support the design, implementation, and management of information reporting systems
• Investigating supply chain and data analytics problems, finding root causes, and suggesting solutions
• Facilitate the different stages of the S&OP by consolidating reports, updating KPIs and preparing presentations
• Ensure each area in Supply Chain team gets the information they need to evaluate and/or execute their required tasks
• Generate insights, recommendations and solutions that will prepare PROCEPT for future growth
• Provides analytical support for projects, new business opportunities, and proposals
• Identify & resolve data reporting issues in a timely fashion
• Work with management to prioritize business & information needs
• Maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders
• Facilitates cross functional team discussions
• Other duties & reporting as assigned by Manager
• Maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance
• Understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality & EHS Policies
• Transfer and balance inventory between different sites to make sure no customer fulfillment delay
• Conduct line down and back-order analysis when there are supplier changes
• Maintain, automate, and own supply chain analytical reports
• Prepare and consolidate operations slides package going to executives
• Maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance
• Understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality & EHS Policies

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Certifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics or a quantitative/technical discipline
• 3-5 years working experience with focus on analytical modeling, critical reasoning, quantitative and process analysis. MBA is a plus
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with QAD, Tableau, Visio, and Microsoft Office tools
• Experience in methodologies & processes for managing large scale databases
• Ability to work on multiple priorities with deadlines with minimum supervision
• Detail-oriented with strong organization skills
