School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
ProCare Therapy, a leading staffing agency in the education field since 1997, is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technicianto join our team at one of our trusted schools in Haverhill, MA. In this contracted role, you will work closely with students, educators, and parents to provide essential services within a school environment. Your expertise will contribute to the overall well-being and development of students, helping them reach their full potential.

Job Details:

• Provide support to students in the classroom, under the direction of the classroom teacher or special education staff
• Assist students with academic tasks, including reading, math, and other subject areas
• Work one-on-one with students who have special needs or require additional support
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes the social and emotional growth of all students
• Assist with classroom management and behavior support strategies
• Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and accommodation plans
• Support students during meals, recess, and other school activities
Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment

Interview Process:

• (10-15) minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
• (20-30) minute virtual interview directly with the school
