Full-Time School Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC)

• Service Delivery: 80% direct services, 20% consultative services

Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification for a full-time position in Mishawaka, IN. This role involves providing speech and language services to elementary school students, including direct interventions and consultations with school staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of speech and language abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
• Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to special education services

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Indiana State licensure or eligibility for licensure
• Experience working in educational settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
