Company: ProCare Therapy is collaborating with a school district in Red Lion, PA, to recruit a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year.

Position Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with communication disorders.
• Cultivate a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere to ensure all students feel valued.
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and parents to evaluate students' progress and adapt instructional strategies as necessary.
• Employ a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
• State certification or licensure for school therapy.
