Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disorders.
Collect and record data on student progress and behavior.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Assist in the development of individualized education plans (IEPs).
Maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment.
Requirements:
Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disorders preferred.
