ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to join our team in Burlington, VT. As a School Psychologist, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic, social, and emotional well-being of students within the school district. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify academic, emotional, and behavioral concerns
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and interventions
• Provide counseling and support services to students dealing with social, emotional, or behavioral challenges
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and recommend appropriate interventions
• Assist in the implementation of school-wide initiatives aimed at improving student outcomes and creating inclusive environments

Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
• Valid Vermont state license or eligibility for licensure
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting preferred
• Strong assessment, counseling, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
