School Psychologist

Do you have a passion for charting new paths to student success? ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a compassionate and committed School Psychologist to join one of our trusted school districts in beautiful Chesapeake, Virginia.As a School Psychologist in this role, you will work collaboratively with educators, administrators, and families to identify and address the diverse needs of students and provide comprehensive psychological services within our school community.

Job Description

  • Full time
  • M-F
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • ASAP - July 1, 2024 (could continue into NSY if good fit)
  • Typically 2 schools to service
  • Duties: SAT/SEC evaluations, mental health, SEL, same duties as NPS staff

Job Requirements

  • Master's or Doctorate'slevel degree in School Psychology or Educational Psychology
  • Virginia Teaching Certification with a School Psych Endorsement
  • Licensed to practice in the state of Virginia
  • Reliable transportation
  • School experience
  • Must be able to pass a drug and background check

As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
