School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Job | Lawrence, MA | 24/25 SY | Full-Time
ProCare Therapy is seeking a motivated and experienced school basedSpeech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our teamin theLawrence, Massachusetts area for the upcoming 24/25School Year!
The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist(SLP) to provide speech and language services to students with a wide range of communication disorders.

Responsibilities: (K-12th Grade Aged Students)

• Provide speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings
• Implement therapy plans and goals as developed by the supervising SLP
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Document student progress and communicate with the supervising SLP and other team members
• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment for students

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field preferred
• Active SLPA certificationin the state ofMassachusetts
• At least 1 year of experience as an SLPA in a school-based setting (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals
