Details:
Onsite position in Chicago, IL

Remainder of the 2023-2024 School Year
Full Time opening
K-12th grade caseload
Will send over candidate preference of caseload
General school psych duties
1 or multipleschool sites (mileage can be reimbursed between school sites
More details to be discussed during zoom interview process

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to determine students' academic, behavioral, emotional, and social strengths and needs
Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to improve students' academic and social-emotional functioning
Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create positive learning environments and support student success
Provide crisis intervention and counseling services to students as needed
Participate in school-wide initiatives to promote positive behavior support, mental health awareness, and academic achievement
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation of all services provided

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
Active IllinoisSchool Psychologist License or eligibility for licensure
Knowledge of evidence-based practices for assessment, intervention, and consultation in schools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
