Responsibilities and Job Details:

• Deliver virtual and on-site instruction in core subjects including Math, English Language Arts, Science, and Social Studies.
• Develop engaging lesson plans tailored to students' needs and learning styles.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a comprehensive educational experience.
• Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Provide support to students with diverse learning needs and backgrounds.

Experience:

• Preferably, at least two years of experience in teaching within a general education setting.
• Virtual teaching experience is highly desirable.
• Experience with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and working with students with disabilities is a plus.

Education:

• Valid Delaware Teaching Certificate is required.
• A Master's degree in Education or related field is preferred.

Job Specifics:

• Full-time position, 37.50 hours per week, for the 2024-2025 academic year.
• On-site and virtual teaching responsibilities (voco).
• Multiple openings available for the upcoming school year.
• Interviews will be conducted in May for positions starting in the 2024-2025 school year.
