This role is pivotal in providing crucial behavioral support to students within an educational setting, fostering an environment for academic and social success.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Collaborate with school staff, special education teams, and parents to deliver effective behavioral interventions.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress, making adjustments as necessary.
• Support students in developing and enhancing social skills, communication, and academic engagement.
• Maintain open communication with relevant stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive approach to student success.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working in a school or educational setting is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
