Responsibilities :

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Provide direct support to students with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
• Collect and analyze data on student progress to inform treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements :

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Preferred experience working with children with special needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and obtain necessary clearances.
