You will conduct assessments, provide counseling services, and develop intervention strategies to help students thrive in their educational environment.

Requirements:

• Master's degree or higher in School Psychology
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Virginia
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments to identify students' strengths and needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide counseling and intervention services to support students' social and emotional development
• Monitor student progress and make recommendations for additional support as needed
• Participate in team meetings, professional development activities, and other school-related events
