Summary:
ProCare Therapys Educational Department seeks a dedicated and passionate School Social Worker to join our school system in Englewood, Coloradofor the remainder 2023-2024 school year. This is for caseloads between 3-5th grade level.Ideal candidates will play a crucial role in positively impacting the lives of our students by supporting their social, emotional, and educational needs while providing direction and guidance to achieve their academic success. Major Responsibilities include:

• Provide individual or group counseling to students, addressing a wide range of social and emotional issues.
• Monitor and address attendance issues, collaborate with teachers and parents on concerns.
• Respond to crisis intervention and create alternative strategies for safety measures.
• Support students with special needs by developing Individualized Education Programs
• Linking at-risk youth with helpful resources, and connecting school, home, and community services
Address relevant issues, such as illegal drugs, teen pregnancy, and social adjustment concerns.

Pay & Benefits:

• $42-52hourly pay depending on expertise

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Masters degree in social work or related field (MSW)
• State licensure/certification
a. Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)

Or

b. State licensure/certification Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Previous experience working with children or adolescents preferred but not required.

• (20-30) minute virtual interview directly with the school
• Comprehensive Background Check
