Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) -Natick, MA

Position Type: Full-Time

Start Date: January - End of School Year (EOSY)

Caseload: K-22, with a focus on serving the 18-22 Caseload

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavior analysis services for students in the K-22 age range
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student success

Requirements:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience working with individuals across a wide age range
• Knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
