Board Certified Behavioral Analyst

Procare Therapy is currently collaborating with a school district near Moorcroft, WY to fill the position of an onsite Board Certified Behavioral Analyst for the academic year 2023-2024.

Prerequisites:

• Hold a Masters degree in education or special education
• Possess a valid National BCBA certificate

Job Overview:

• Full-time commitment of 35 hours per week
• Responsible for overseeing multiple ABA training sessions and addressing challenges through effective problem-solving
• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments
• Reviewing, assessing, and implementing behavior plans
• Providing continuous consultation to teachers and support staff for the successful execution of behavior support plans
• Development and monitoring of behavior support plans
• Collaborating with school staff, administration, and external partners to ensure students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs are met to enhance access to learning in various school settings
• Consulting with parents to guide the implementation of ABA strategies and behavior support plans, fostering skill generalization across diverse environments
