ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual School Psychologist to join our team in Port Chester, NY. As a Bilingual School Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of students in a diverse educational environment. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, possess strong assessment and intervention skills, and demonstrate a passion for working with culturally and linguistically diverse populations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, social, and emotional functioning.
• Interpret assessment results and provide recommendations to support students' educational and behavioral needs.
• Collaborate with school personnel, parents, and community stakeholders to develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
• Provide counseling and therapeutic services to students to address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review student progress and make recommendations for educational programming.

Qualifications:

• Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
• New York State certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
