Job Summary:
The Distribution Technician is often involved in instructing patients on the proper use and care of equipment. Most importantly, the Distribution Technician serves as the representative of the company to its customers and must have a strong customer service orientation. As part of the patient care team, the Distribution Technician needs to stay aware of changes in patient’s conditions and needs and make certain those concerns are shared with other appropriate staff. The Distribution Technician performs and supervises the assembly, repair and maintenance of all equipment provided by the company: home medical equipment, respiratory and/or rehab, maintaining appropriate documentation. This service or repair could be for equipment to be delivered in compliance with specific medical requirements, modifications to existing customer equipment, repair of damaged or malfunctioning customer equipment, or routine service required by the manufacturer.

BENEFITS:
