Job Description

Probst Electric is looking for water truck drivers to help support the construction of a right-of-way of a high-voltage powerline project in North-West Colorado.

Travel is required - For those traveling, per diem will be provided.

Tasks:

• Haul water from the water source to the worksite as often as required.
• Communicate with grinder operator or supervisor to ensure production runs smoothly.
• Fill the water tank on the grinder.
• Daily inspection of boom operation, valves, pumps, and hoses.
• Wash slurry off the road/vehicles.
• Maintain a log of working hours or of vehicle service or repair status, following applicable state and federal regulations.
• General mechanical skills.
• Assist slurry truck washout as needed.
• Check equipment daily.

Requirements

• Class B CDL required (Class A preferred)
• Tanker Endorsement Required
• Valid DOT Medical Certification
• Travel required for continued employment
• Pass pre-employment and regular drug screenings
• Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Compliance with FMCSA, OSHA, and other Federal, State, and local safety regulations
• Experience operating a commercial vehicle
