PLEASE NOTE: This position requires an ACTIVE Top Secret/SCI Clearance with Polygraph. To be considered for this position, you MUST have an ACTIVE Clearance Level of Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph
Required Technical Skills:
- Experience with Angular
- Experience with Java
- Willing to develop and implement solutions in a dispersed team environment
- Experience working on a SCRUM team supporting Lean Agile Framework
- Conducts routine quality assurance activities such as peer reviews
- Experience with GIT and Jenkins
- Demonstrated experience with webservice design and development
- Experience with continuous integration, test automation and DevOps
- Familiar with LINUX environments
- Translate system requirements from both formal and informal requirements into complex application interfaces
- Knowledge of JAVA DataBase Connectivity (JDBC), Open DataBase Connectivity (ODBC), or direct data base interfaces is required to successfully develop in the environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience implementing micro services (preferable micro front end)
- Government customer architecture/engineering board experience
- Experience implementing AWS cloud solutions
- Experience with automated CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with distributed data architectures
- Experience discussing technical topics with non-technical people;
- Puppet module development Terraform development
- Remains abreast of and researches industry technical trends and new development to maintain current skills and remain current with industry standards.
- Hands-on experience with Web Services (REST and SOAP)
- Familiar with AWS services and working in an AWS environment
Mandatory Experience Skills and Tools:
- Codes, tests, debugs, implements, and documents basic programs.
- Assists in the modification of company products and/or customer/internal systems to meet the needs of the client and/or end-user.
- Assists in the research and analysis of existing systems and program requirements; assists in preparing documentation to change existing programs.
- Experience with use of the programming languages/applications: JAVA, JAVAScript, Angular
- Familiar with TDD, continuous integration, test automation and DevOps
- Knowledge of JAVA DataBase Connectivity (JDBC), Open DataBase Connectivity (ODBC), or direct data base interfaces is required to successfully develop in the environment.
- Familiar with LINUX environments
- Experience working on a SCRUM team supporting Lean Agile Framework

- Databases design/development: MySQL, SQL Server
- Web Services REST/RESTful/SOAP/JSON APIs
- Web/App Server: Tomcat, Apache
Desired Experience Skills and Tools:
- BS in Computer Science, Information Systems
- Assists in resolving routine production support problems.
- Develops test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs.
- Creates basic documentation in work assignments such as program code.

- UI/UX (NewWeb)Experience( React-JS Redux-JS) Hands-on experience with Web Services(REST and SOAP).
