Job Duties & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a warehouse specialist to join our team. The selected candidate will contribute to the organizations success by meeting shipping and receiving deadlines in a rapid pace environment. Applicants' responsibilities will consist of an array of functions including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, & packing and coordinating shipment arrangement. Duties will include:

• Pick parts for production orders
• Verify packing slip to PO, post received items into SAP, scan packing slip into SAP, and put items promptly to stock
• Notify responsible parties for non-inventory items received
• Complete transactions in SAP
• Perform cycle counts daily
• Reconcile differences between SAP inventories and physical inventory
• Update default bin locations and perform the transfer in SAP as necessary
• Consolidate items picked for sales orders
• Pack parts for safe transport. This could include anything from a small envelop to a large crate 
• Provide weights and dimensions to the logistics team so they can facilitate shipment 

Qualification Standards & Desired Experience:

• 2-5 years of warehouse experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Excellent record-keeping skills 
• Acute Attention to detail
• Forklift certified preferred
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Possess the ability to effectively communicate with peers and supervisors
• Work under tight deadlines and autonomously with minimal supervision

Duty Hours: Day Shift, Monday-Friday. Full-Time position.
