Job Summary:
We are in search of an energetic and experienced IT Director/Manager to lead our company's technological operations and processes. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. As a key member of our team, the IT Director/Manager will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our continued success and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Focus on optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring that the organization's business operations are running smoothly.
• Manage and implement the organization's information technology (IT) strategy.
• Oversee the technology infrastructure, systems, and processes that support the organization's operations.
• Leverage technology to drive innovation, improve business processes, and achieve strategic objectives.
• Experience with a multi-channel e-commerce, Magento, Great Plains and CRM modules such as SalesPad / Cavallo is a big plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Extensive expertise in IT management, with a focus on optimizing processes and improving efficiency.
• Proven track record of success in a leadership role, with experience driving operational excellence and strategic growth.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving change in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Great Plains and CRM modules such as SalesPad or Cavallo is a big plus.
