We are seeking a Machine Operator (Level I) to join our team at our facility located in Rochester, NY, 14624. The ideal candidate should have a good amount of Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills and Mechanical Assembly Skills. This is a 2nd shift position, Monday - Thursday/ 3:15pm - 1:45am with $0.60 shift premium.
Operate and monitor machines to ensure they function properly
Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Assist in Operating machine properly, maintaining high production and a quality product, with minimum waste, while maintaining set goals of machine speeds
Assists in diagnosing problems on machines and corrects immediately, to keepsmooth production flow.
