Job Title: Overseas Sales Manager (U.S. Local Hiring)

• Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise overseas corporate sales activities (DSR / ISR, etc.), reporting to headquarters.
• Identify and manage new ISR (Inside Sales Representative) candidates, including contract negotiation.
• Handle direct and indirect sales activities and sales contract management.
• Support overseas corporate operations and related tasks.
• Qualifications (Requirements):
• Experience in ISR-based medical device sales.
• Minimum 5 years of sales management experience.
• Proficiency in English and Korean.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (major field is not specified).
• Ability to reside locally.
• No travel restrictions for overseas trips.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience in ISR-based medical device sales and management.
• Experience in overseas sales and marketing related to surgical medical devices or healthcare.
• Competence in direct communication with medical professionals and hospital account management.
• Previous experience as a resident representative.
• Expertise in the local market.
• Strong understanding of medical device manufacturing and sales.
• High ethical standards.
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Critical thinking ability.
• Deep understanding of Korean and U.S. cultures.

Employment Type: Regular full-time Work Conditions: Full-time, in-office Location: Carlsbad, CA Compensation: $100K ~ $150K (salary negotiable based on visa and benefits), visa support available, possibility of permanent residency sponsorship for employees with over 3 years of tenure and outstanding performance (subject to individual agreements). • Probation period: 3-6 months (negotiable)
• Flexible work arrangements due to tasks related to supporting the headquarters in Korea (e.g., occasional telecommuting)
