Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conduct collection calls
- Negotiate payments
- Achieve daily call quota requirements
- Achieve minimum collection goal requirements
- Manage portfolio of accounts
- Enter results into database
Requirements:
- 3 years experience in collections, preferable in the health care, medical, workers comp or durable medical equipment fields
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Successfully work as part of a team and independently
- Minimum 2 years expertise in US Department of Labor and Federal claims
