The ProActive Sports Group – a wholesale supplier to the golf industry has an immediate opening for a quality customer service representative to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
* Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a business-to-business environment.
* Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, preferably NetSuite.
* Strong organization and follow up skills with the ability to multi-task while working in a fast paced environment.
* Strong work ethic with a passion to provide quality customer service.
* Excellent communication skills to include both verbal and written communication.
* Strong phone skills.
* Thorough understanding of Excel.
* Golf knowledge and interest would be helpful
The ProActive Sports Group is a growing sports company based in Canby, OR. We are small enough to still care about each employee, but large enough to offer an outstanding opportunity for the right candidate. This business was recently acquired by another distributor in the golf industry (backed by a private equity firm). Going forward we anticipate significant growth. Our compensation package includes hourly rate, medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k plan with company contribution of 3%, paid vacation, paid sick time.
