We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join our great team at ProActive Rehabilitation & Wellness!
We are a growing outpatient private practice clinic located in Augusta, GA treating the adult population; specializing in orthopedics, neuro, pain management, amputee, aquatic therapy, sports/injury.
Specifically, we are expanding our services and beginning to complete evaluations and assessments for Adults with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities. These individuals are medically complex and require evaluations for wheelchairs, equipment, and additional supports; as well as caregiver training and education. 

• Assess, plan, organize & administer rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) to direct the plan of care
• Participate in knowledge translation & content creation initiatives at the practice
