Job Requirements:
You must have a valid NC driver's license and 5-years of clean driving record.
You must be physically fit. We walk a lot during the day, and you must be able to carry 80 lbs to do this job well.
We work a 4-10 schedule so when the weather is nice, Fridays are generally short or off.
You must be able to pass a drug test.
No felonies or DUI.
Compensation:
**Pay For Performance**. We have a training rate of $15/h, and after that a base rate of $18/h P4P bonus. Once you're trained and operating on your own, you earn a portion of the labor revenue you generate for the business. The more efficient and driven you are, the more you make. Top performers make $25-$35/h. Your experience, work ethic, and quality determine your pay.
