As a nursing Home Backoffice management company based in Lakewood, NJ we specialize in providing comprehensive administrative support to Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) across multiple states. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking dedicated Billing (AR) Specialists to join our team.

The Billing (AR) Specialist will play a crucial role in managing the accounts receivable processes for a portfolio of Skilled Nursing Facilities. Responsibilities:

1. Process and follow up on insurance claims, including Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance, to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement.
2. Monitor receivables and aging reports to identify and address overdue accounts.
3. Manage business office staff and/or Regional Business Office Managers (BOMs) to ensure efficient billing and collections operations.
4. Conduct regular audits of billing processes and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
5. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including facility staff, insurance companies, and government agencies, to resolve billing-related issues and inquiries.
