Job Summary

The primary responsibility of the Lead Intake Manager is to oversee the team of Lead Intake Specialists and Cold Calling Specialists. The Lead Intake Manager has a mindset of constant improvement and dedication to process management.

Key Results Areas

• Lead Department is lead, managed and held accountable.
• Lead Department KPIs are aligned with the strategic roadmap. (Appt Set, Canceled Appt, IP Appt, Appt Attn)
• Lead Department's day-to-day operations are standardized, documented, evaluated and improved.
• The database is contacted, managed and the surrounding metrics are clearly communicated to the leadership team.
• Relationship with the COO is effective, trustworthy and collaborative.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide virtual leadership and mentoring of all lead intake personnel
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding process for new intake team members
• Clearly communicating departmental and individual team goals
• Ensure departmental goals and objectives are met
• Conduct client intake call reviews and provide feedback to the individual representative for performance improvement
• Manage team efficiency and productivity
• Provide any additional team member performance feedback through weekly 1-on-1s
• Conduct ongoing self and team continuous training
• Analyze campaign marketing performance by collecting data weekly via CRM
• Prepare and attend weekly leadership team meetings to provide performance updates, present issues and challenges for problem resolution

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience overseeing multiple client focus representatives
• Strong leadership experience in delegation and task management
• Prior experience in software and systems performance monitoring
• Strong abilities in giving concise constructive feedback and the ability to hold team members accountable
• Problem solving abilities
• Data analytic experience and the ability to break down data into communicable information for individual team members, marketing team and executive leadership
• Exemplary communication skills
• High level client resolution skills
• Proficient in modern smart technology with the ability to use multiple platforms, devices and smart device applications (apps)
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Valid U.S driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
