```Duties```
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Protect property and assets by enforcing access control and following security procedures
- Monitor alarm systems to identify potential security threats
- Respond to emergencies, incidents, and alarms promptly and appropriately
- Conduct thorough investigations of any suspicious activities or incidents
- Write detailed reports on incidents, accidents, and any unusual occurrences
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and tenants with inquiries or concerns

```Requirements```
- Proven work experience as a Security Officer or similar role
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in security-related fields (e.g., First Aid, CPR, Loss Prevention) are a plus
