Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our team. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to the team and CEO. Help the CEO manage clients and do work related tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive audits on the team so that we can give better service to our clients.
-Schedule meetings
- Assist in work related and marketing projects.
- Provide counseling and support services to clients, addressing their urgent cases in the legal or insurance department
- Address concerns of CEO and clients with streamlining protocols
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress
Experience:
- AA degree or higher preferred
- Previous experience in case management or a related role is highly desirable
- Knowledge of medical records/law health desirable
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
-Fluent in word, microsoft word, gmail, ideal with quickbooks
