Adkev manufactures injection molding automobile and HVAC parts. As an assembler, you will play a crucial role in the assembly of automotive parts produced through injection molding processes.

Your responsibilities include following standardized procedures to ensure the accurate assembly of components, conducting quality checks, and collaborating with team members to achieve production goals.

Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities : Locate and use applicable written information in Process Books at workstations to perform job.Molding and Assembly of products as required (foaming, insert molding, etc.

Ability to operate up to five automatic machines (simultaneously) Perform timely visual quality audits of molded product with 100% accuracy.

Sort multi-shaped parts by hand Conduct utility, packaging, and staging as required.Use first piece sample to verify correct labels are being used and the packaging declaration to prepare boxes for packaging and shipping.

Log in rejects and other information in computerized production system Conduct and maintain lot traceability procedures. Perform paperwork as required (check sheets, production papers, etc.

Meet safety training requirements; follow established safety practices and policies. Maintain production rate efficiencies of 100% percent or better.
