$14.00 M-F Flexible Shifts(4-10hrs or 4- 9hrs and ½ day on Friday)Pro Resources is searching for a Mantel Maker for a company based out of Terre Haute, Indiana.

They produce devices for heated chemicals since 1939. 80 years later and they are manufacturing parts in the United States and shipped to over 30 countries.

Perform operations required for fabrication of standard and / or custom heating mantles. Operate sewing machines as directed.

Operate simple hand sewing tools, such as needles, thread, pins, scissors, etc. Operate simple hand tools. Operate Stimpson eyelet machine.

Responsible for reading designs and accurately interpreting information required for mantle construction and quality assurance procedures.

Be familiar with current mantle construction materials, methods, processes and procedures. Be responsible for the accuracy and timely completion of all related paperwork.

Responsible for knowing and following Company quality policy. Responsible for recommending new or different processes, procedures or materials that could improve the products or reduce product costs.

Responsible and accountable for any tools and materials issued to them and promptly reporting any damage to such. V. Qualifications : High school graduate or GED.

Ability to measure accurately using tape measures, rulers,etc.Ability to use an ohmmeter. Basic math skills. Ability to perform each major duty and responsibility satisfactorily.

Regularly required to stand, walk and push wheeled carts. Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel. Regularly required to reach with hands and arms.

Regularly required to talk and hear. May be required to sit, stoop, bend or crawl. May be required to lift, carry and / or move up to 35 pounds.

Routinely exposed to fiberglass. Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Must be able to lift at least 50lbsSafety eyewear required to be worn at all times.

Appropriate footwear will be worn in production areas. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.

Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to visitors, supervision and other employees.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure; using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. #Crawfordsville
