Basic Purpose & Tasks:
- Taking out the trash. Removing it from the building to a dumpster.
- Thoroughly clean restrooms, toilets, sinks, and mirrors, etc.
- Thoroughly vacuuming for long periods.
- Thoroughly sweeping and mopping large areas.
- Unlocking, turning off the alarm, locking up the building, and setting the alarm at the end of the night.
- Commitment - Highly reliable and dependable!
- Looking to start the position quickly.
- Be able to work alone or with a team.
- Be able to learn quickly and work fast.
- Reliable transportation to drive to the work location.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
- Be in good physical condition, as a lot of lifting and bending over are required to perform this job.
