Pro QC International North America is Hiring a Quality Electrical/Mechanical Inspector@Albany NY(1099 Contract) Near Albany, NY
Responsibilities
- Working with complex blueprints, assembly prints and specifications, visually and mechanically
inspects parts, subassemblies and assemblies on all company products to ensure conformance to
production specifications and quality standards. - Inspect raw materials inbound. - Electrical, Mechanical components and dimensional inspection along with document retention for certification needs and CE/ISO requirements.
- Job would possibly bleed into calibration as needed as the past role was responsible for this. Typically hand tools, and managing outsourcing needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Understanding of Industry and Quality concepts and standards such as ISO, GMP, A2L2 and NIST
- Proficiency with office computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong Math, mechanical and writing skills.
- Basic organizational and time management skills
- Basic interpersonal skills to interact with all stakeholders
- Knowledge of blueprint reading/Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance (GD&T)
- Looking for strong background in GD&T and Romer Arm (FARO) experience a plus.
