Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pests, and implementing effective pest control measures. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of pest control techniques and the ability to operate various tools and equipment. Duties: - Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations - Determine the type of pests present and the extent of the infestation - Develop and implement effective pest control strategies to eliminate pests - Apply pesticides and other pest control products safely and according to regulations - Install traps, baits, and other pest control devices as needed - Provide recommendations to clients on how to prevent future pest infestations - Maintain accurate records of services provided and products used - Communicate with clients in a professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have Qualifications: - Previous experience in pest control is preferred but not required - Knowledge of different pests, their habits, and effective control methods - Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and farm machinery - Ability to work independently and efficiently in various environments (e.g., residential properties, farms, landscapes) - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Benefits: - Competitive pay based on experience - Ongoing training and professional development opportunities - Health insurance options available - Retirement savings plan If you are passionate about pest control and enjoy working outdoors, we encourage you to apply for the position of Pest Control Technician.
