Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets on a consistent basis
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise

Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Proven sales experience in jewelry, technical, wireless, or electronics sales preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships
