The Ideal Candidate for the Housekeeper position:

• Plays a crucial role in serving Pro Housing’s high-touch clients through outstanding customer service and incomparable hospitality.

• Creates a remarkable hospitality experience for our guests/tenants each and every day.

The Housekeeper is a full-time Pro Housing employee who:

• Reports to Pro Housing’s General Manager
• Cleans Pro Housing’s apartment-style units and facilities, ensuring that the cleanliness inside the units is top-notch.
• Completes regular inspections of the units to maintain exemplary cleanliness (quality control)
• Creates a welcoming environment for our guests by ensuring all apartment units and community common areas are cared for and cleaned to Pro Housing standards.
• Identifies maintenance issues and submits work orders within the Pro Housing system to ensure each unit is operating to the highest standards.
• Assists Pro Housing staff with unit setup
• Works closely with the Pro Housing staff to support client relationships, and always corresponds in a positive, professional and enthusiastic manner with our clients
• Helps manage inventory of linens and soft goods
• Wears the Pro Housing uniform at all times.

***This is not a 9-5 job; you may be called upon after normal business hours and on weekends. Flexibility is key. ***

Requirements:

• Housekeeping and cleaning experience
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, stoop, squat, kneel and lift over 20 pounds.
• Bi-Lingual is preferred but not required
