Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Heating & Plumbinh Dispatcher to join our team. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling services, ensuring timely communication and effective communication with plumbers and customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in plumbing management, customer service and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Hours: M-F 8am to 4pm

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and schedule Heating & Plumbing services to ensure timely delivery of services.

- Communicate with Plumbers to provide instructions, updates, and address any issues or concerns

- Collaborate with Supervisor to ensure accurate information is been delivered with scheduling and providing accurate services.

- Maintain accurate records including prospects, delivery times, invoicing, mail and customer information

- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries or complaints

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and Heating and Plumbing laws

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional knowledge of Heating & Plumbing is a plus

- Proven experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar role

- Proficient in using computer systems with Microsoft products and Apple

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Knowledge of Heating & Plumbing planning

- Ability to multitask

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
