Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning and a strong background in events management. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and executing various types of events, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events for 55 communities from start to finish.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements.
- Manage event logistics such as locations, budgeting, and timeline management.
- Coordinate with property staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest services
- Oversee event setup, including seating arrangements, audiovisual equipment, and decorations
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Handle post-event evaluation and reporting

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role, preferrably in 55 communities
- Strong knowledge of event planning principles and practices
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Budgeting experience and ability to manage expenses within allocated resources
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
