Overview: a small-office environment in which you’ll interact with customers via phone/email & oversee service routes. Part-time from 1pm-5pm, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
· Answer calls & emails.
· Notify clients of upcoming services.
· Create work orders, tickets, & reports.
· Handle scheduling & dispatch.
· Post completed work of service crews.
· Maintain customer files & notes.
· Process payments & collect past-due accounts.
· Assist Office Manager & other managers with tasks as needed.
Who You Are:
· Comfortable at a workstation & on the phones.
· A friendly personality that comes through in your communication.
· Fast learner of systems & programs; frequent user of Microsoft 365.
· Accurate & speedy data entry (60 WPM).
· Able to prioritize tasks, handle interruptions, & stay on target.
· Organized & manage your time well.
· Work autonomously & without prompting.
· Able to overcome challenges.
· Flexibility to cover a full day or morning shift on occasion.
A Typical Day:
Sometimes busy, sometimes quiet, yet always tasks to be done. Everyday you’ll use our industry-specific software for scheduling, posting, & making notes. You’ll field phone calls & emails, which range from schedule questions, bid requests, conveying information to crews, & occasionally troubleshooting a problem. You’ll assist managers with minor schedule adjustments & back up the Office Manager on various tasks.
