CNA needed in Ripon/Fond Du Lac area to provide in home support, including cleaning, transporting to appointments/errands, socialization, and grocery shopping for multiple people. Flexible scheduling provided.

The CNA works under the supervision of the Administrator. The CNA adheres to PRN Home Health & Therapy’s Core Values and Mission with complete regard for the dignity of each person and patient.

Job Duties

• Maintains member comfort and safety
• Schedule visits directly with the member
• Participate in companionship activities such as games, conversation, and assisting with correspondence
• provide transportation to medical appointments, errands, and social activities 
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks
• Communicate with Administrator regarding changes or unusual conditions
