Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Your role will involve taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them regularly and addressing any concerns or special requests
- Prepare bills and process payments using the cash register or POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area, including clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies
- Assist with food preparation as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of culinary terms, food preparation techniques, and menu items
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Excellent guest service skills with the ability to anticipate needs and exceed expectations
- Proficient in using cash registers or POS systems (experience with Aloha POS is a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations
