Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. As a Carpenter/Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to construction and restoration projects. This is a hands-on role that requires experience with hand and power tools, as well as knowledge of various construction techniques.

Duties:

- Use hand tools and power tools to measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install materials

- Assist with the construction of structures such as walls, roofs, and floors

- Install siding, stucco, and other exterior finishes

- Perform construction painting and staining

- Assist with masonry work, including bricklaying and concrete pouring

- Restore and repair damaged structures or fixtures

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Carpenter/Laborer in the construction or restoration industry

- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools

- Knowledge of various construction techniques and materials

- Ability to follow multi-step instructions

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Excellent physical stamina and manual dexterity

- Comfortable working at heights up to 30ft from ground

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
