Private Veterinary Clinic is Hiring a Veterinary Receptionist Near Hartville, OH

Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional veterinary receptionist to join our brand new team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for client education, heartfelt animal care skills, and possess the necessary skills to assist in providing top notch veterinary services. Since we are a brand new clinic, we are looking for someone with at least a few years of experience as a veterinary receptionist.

Duties:

- Assist clients with scheduling appointments and refill requests
- Ensure all voicemail messages are evaluated
- Client checkout and invoicing
- Answer all incoming calls and relay messages as needed
- Obtain and send records to/from other veterinary clinics as needed
- Educate clients on pet health and wellness
- Maintain accurate medical records

Skills:

- Proficiency in handling multiple phone lines concurrently
- Strong client and staff communication skills
- Ability to work well with the team
- Familiarity with animal husbandry and behavior
- Able to use computer for daily tasks
- Ability to provide exceptional pet and client care

About Us:

We are a new privately owned clinic in Hartville OH that focuses on an exceptional experience for both our pet patients and their owners. We provide primarily companion animal services.
