House Manager

About the Position:
This position is working for a growing companies CEO who is looking for someone to handle all aspects of their home management. This position requires great attention to detail, flexibility, the ability to self-lead, organization, time management and outstanding communication skills. Daily tasks can range but are focused on house upkeep, childcare, scheduling appointments, managing schedules and more.
Tasks Include:
Ensure the residence is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and organization. This includes managing cleaning services, overseeing repairs and maintenance, and ensuring all household supplies are stocked.
Provide attentive and nurturing care for the CEO's children, if applicable. Duties may include supervising playtime, preparing meals, assisting with homework, and arranging activities.
Maintain open and clear communication with the CEO to understand their preferences, priorities, and expectations. Provide regular updates on household matters and address any concerns promptly.
Implement effective organizational systems to streamline household operations and optimize efficiency. This may involve developing filing systems, managing budgets, and keeping track of important documents.
Be prepared to handle a variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities and circumstances. Remain flexible in scheduling and willing to accommodate unexpected events or emergencies.
Take initiative in managing household tasks and proactively identify areas for improvement. Demonstrate autonomy and resourcefulness in resolving issues and fulfilling responsibilities independently.
Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED (Required)
Child Care Experience (Preferred)
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in a nanny, childcare, or babysitting role
- Strong knowledge of meal preparation and cooking for children of all ages
- Familiarity with preschool curriculum and activities
- First aid certification is preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
