The Role:

We are seeking a Client Services Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our marketing and client services teams to support our client engagement efforts, ongoing communications with clients and related parties, and selectively grow PCM’s brand presence. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teammates to ensure a seamless client experience from onboarding to ongoing support.
• Prepare reports and presentations on marketing and Client Services metrics, performance, and outcomes.
• Support the management of client databases and CRM systems to maintain accurate client records and track interactions.
• Coordinate with the Client Services team to create compelling content for various channels, including email newsletters and website updates.
• Conduct research and gather information as needed to support decision-making and project implementation.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, finance, or related field.
• Strong writing, editing and verbal communication skills with a commitment to detail.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing software, social media management tools).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Interest in the financial services industry and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
• Previous internship or work experience in marketing, client services, or a related field is a plus.
